Dr. Pierce Nunley is the Director at the Spine Institute of Louisiana and an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. After finishing his medical degree at the University of Kansas Medical College and orthopedic residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, Dr. Nunley completed spine fellowships at the University of Basel in Switzerland and at the Dallas Spine Group.

An active researcher, Dr. Nunley regularly presents his findings in the areas of minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal deformity, and motion preservation procedures at professional meetings and in peer-reviewed publications.
